I visited Bunbury twice within three months and went to this café on both occasions. Both times, I ordered the Eggs Benedict and was extremely satisfied. I really loved their bread and sauce, and the poached eggs were cooked perfectly. The only downside was that on my second visit I added bacon, which turned out to be a bit too dry. As for the drinks, the matcha was a pleasant surprise, and the iced latte clearly reflected well-selected coffee beans. The overall atmosphere of the café is lovely, and the service was very attentive. Highly recommended.

I’ve been a regular at this café for a while now, and it never disappoints. The coffee is consistently excellent—smooth, rich, and expertly brewed. But the real standout is their matcha—easily the best in town. It’s perfectly balanced, not too bitter or sweet, and always made with care. The food is just as impressive: fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with quality ingredients. Whether it’s a quick snack or a full meal, everything I’ve tried has been fantastic. Prices are very reasonable, especially given the quality. To top it all off, the staff are always friendly and welcoming, creating a warm, relaxed atmosphere that makes you want to come back. Highly recommended!
Food was amazing! I had the breakfast bowl and were very accommodating with my preference as I am not a fan of mushrooms. I also had a iced white mocha which was delicious Staff was very kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in, very helpful as well and being a busy cafe I still didn’t have to wait long for my order. The atmosphere of the cafe it self is wonderful, nice music, and lots of greenery of the plants. Would recommend for breakfast or lunch
As a most-days regular, this review is based on the totality of my experience rather than one specific good or bad experience. From my sheepish first visit until now, the staff have been warm and welcoming and it has been an absolute pleasure to get to know them over this time. How many cafes are there where you are sad when one of the staff moves on? Coffee-wise, we spent weeks on a journey of coffee discovery until I was able to settle on my current two favs: double espresso and a 3/4 small long black. The willingness of the front of house team to embrace my nuance was nothing short of amazing. Food-wise, I came for the chilli cheese scrambled eggs and stayed for the breakfast bowl. As there have been eggs Benedict, scrambled eggs and bacon, big brekky, burgers, amazing toasties, and even granola consumed along the way, a BIG shoutout to the engine room of the Townhouse. And, today I learned that they have toothpicks! Don’t settle on a one time visit, become a regular and start working through their excellent menu.
Quiet little cafe offering gf and sugar free options. I enjoyed the gf caramel slice and hubs enjoyed the sugarless raspberry slice. Great decaf and LF coffee as well (always on the hunt for good decaf coffee places)
Great for large groups, especially with kids, out in the sheltered back yard. Otherwise, limited seated near the counter. Our group of 12 had the burgers, lunch bowls, all sorts of coffees and juices. Everything was generously sized and delish. Kids got to run around in the safety of the back yard and adult got to have real conversation. Wins all around!
It was a rainy day which is the perfect time to come as it has a cosy vibe. They do have seating out the back but not ideal for the weather. Food and coffee were good. We ordered chilli scrambled egg, smashed avo and white hot chocolate. If you want to sit inside and want to have a deep and meaningful with your companion, as long as you don't mind the neighbouring tables listening in it is quite small and cramped seating. More comfortable chairs would make a big difference to the atmosphere.
This place is an absolute gem. The staff are fantastic and accommodating. The food was amazing quick fresh and plentiful, and really well priced. For a coffee snob even my latte was dreamy. Will definitely be back...amazing
